Who are your clients?
Mostly foreign individuals and families who buy, own or inherit property in Spain. Many of them are not yet living here: they are planning a purchase or dealing with an inheritance from abroad, and we work with them in English.
Are you independent from the seller, the developer or the estate agent?
Yes. We do not act for the seller, the developer or the estate agent. We act only for you, so our advice is not tied to whether the sale goes ahead.
How are your fees set?
You will know from the start how much you are going to pay. Once we have sent you our fee proposal for the work, that figure is fixed and will not change later.
